Ok, April didn’t go as planned. With Molly’s bad health news, some severe female pain issues, and just being in a funk really threw the whole month off. But I think I’ve set some pretty realistic goals for May.

I’ve started a DietBet game, and there’s still time to join! Just click this link. The bet is $25, and if you lose 4% of your body weight in 4 weeks, you’ll split the pot with the rest of the winners.

    Good luck with your goals! I also want to take longer walks because the weather has been so nice and the days are getting longer. I’ve never done a dietbet but I’ve heard good things! I hope it work
