Week 12 Update

A bit late, but here it is. Week 12 was full of excuses and not much exercise. Unfortunately, this trend isn’t getting any better. I can’t seem to get myself out of this slump.

The week started off great:

Monday– 30 minutes on the elliptical. Steps- 10,875

Tuesday– 30 minutes on the elliptical. Steps- 11,700

Wednesday– 2 mile walk on the treadmill (30 minutes). Steps- 14,500

I didn’t get in any other workouts that week, but for the rest of the week, I got in between 5,000 and 8,000 steps every day just by taking Molly on long walks.

But somehow I managed to lose some weight:

Last week’s weight- 213.4

This week’s weight- 209.8

Total loss- 3.6

A huge thunderstorm came rolling in on Tuesday. A bolt of lightning from that storm hit the building across the street from me, causing the roof to burn and collapse into the third, second, and first floors of the building. It’s a total loss, and the families have been relocated to other apartments in our complex.
